5. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and specifications are accurate.

However:

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Product packaging may occasionally differ from images shown.
Minor manufacturing variations may occur.

These differences do not affect product quality or functionality.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT where legally required.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified before dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment must be successfully authorised before your order is processed.

Premiafford Collections does not store your full payment card details.

If payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order may be cancelled automatically.

8. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted only when:

payment has been successfully authorised;
stock is available; and
we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

payment cannot be verified;
pricing errors have occurred;
products become unavailable;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
incorrect information has been supplied; or
we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our Returns Policy, where applicable.

While we will make every effort to process cancellation requests promptly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order fulfilment has begun.

10. Shipping

Premiafford Collections currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received and authorised.

Orders are dispatched using trusted UK delivery partners.

We offer free standard UK delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Premiafford Collections shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Royal Mail
Evri
Customs or government authorities (where applicable)
Industrial action
Extreme weather
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.

12. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer only after full payment has been received.

Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Customers should inspect all items promptly upon delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if any products arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

13. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers may request a return in accordance with our published Returns & Refund Policy.

Returned products should be:

unused;
in their original packaging;
complete with all included components; and
returned in a resaleable condition unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Nothing within these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

14. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly, Premiafford Collections will, where appropriate:

replace the item;
repair the item where applicable;
provide a refund; or
offer another suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where we confirm that the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.

15. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Offers

From time to time, Premiafford Collections may offer promotional discounts, voucher codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

only one promotional code may be used per order;
promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases;

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the products concerned, except where required by law.
